Our Development Process

To ensure success we work closely with our clients from the start to the finish of the website design project. Our development process is divided into three sequential phases (see below). The client must approve each phase to enable the start of the subsequent one.

Phase 1 (2-3 weeks)

  1. Collect and analyze requirements
  2. Design the site (HLD) and review

Phase 2 (2-3 weeks)

  1. Develop the pre-production site
  2. Finalize the development and review

Phase 3 (1 day)

  • Deploy and launch the site
  • Deliver operational training
  • Close down project (with review)

Note: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the invoiced amount is due at the start of the project. A payment of 40% of the invoiced amount is due at the conclusion of Phase 1. The remaining payment is due at the conclusion of Phase 2. Phase 3 will commence when the invoiced amount has been collected.
