In addition to BBD’s website development packages, BBD offers support services on a month-to-month basis through subscription. There is no contract and the client can terminate a subscription at any time without penalty.
Basic Site Maintenance
This service covers general webmaster IT tasks including domain and email management. We are all too familiar with malicious activities on the internet. Software developers continue to improve their offerings and respond to software vulnerabilities on production servers as soon as they are identified. They release new versions or patches with the vital fixes necessary to protect their software from these malicious attacks. BBD monitors the release of these updates and applies them to client sites that have subscribed to the Basic Site Maintenance Services.
Should a site become damaged or compromised by a malicious attack BBD will step in and restore the site to an operational state. It is essential that these precautions and practices be addressed by a website owner either by subscribing to BBD’s Basic Site Maintenance services or by some other means.
Standard Site Management
This service includes, in addition to basic site maintenance, the management and administration of site content on behalf of the client. Content management with a CMS is a simple matter; however, not everyone has the time or desire to attend to it. BBD will make reasonable updates and additions to your site’s content with this service. This service includes posting new content notifications to the social media portals (i.e. Twitter) that represent your site.
Hourly Site Support
We offer support to our clients that do not have one of our regular services when requested. This service is charged by the hour with a one hour minimum charge.

Another key requirement to maintain page rank is to ensure that your new content is advertised to as many people as possible through social media portals.
This service is designed to assist site owners that do not have the time or resources or skills to maintain a steady flow of fresh content to their web site. As a minimum, new content should be posted monthly. This service includes posting new content notifications to the social media portals (i.e. Twitter) that represent your site.
